Calicut University Degree Second Allotment 2016 Result
Calicut university second allotment result is published after the first allotment and the options re-arrangements by the candidates. The Degree second allotment result can access from the university web site by using application number and password.
The candidate who got the allotment to a particular option , all other lower options will be automatically cancelled and only the higher options will prevail until deletion or modification by the candidate
The allotted students should pay the required fee (in single E-chalan/online payment) to confirm their degree admission. Those candidates who have got allotment should have to download the allotment memo and report to the college to take admission within the specified time.
Remittance of Fee and confirm admission
The allotted candidate must remit the required fee from 1-07-2016 to 5-07-2016.
Payment of mandatory fees and rearrangement of options can be made online through university cap website www.cuonline.ac.in. Those who fail to remit the fee within the time prescribed for the same, will lose the current allotment as well as the eligibility for further allotments.
All allotted students should take the admission from 1-07-2016 to 5-07-2016.
The candidates who have remitted the mandatory fee in the First Allotment do not need to remit the fee again.
Degree second allotment 2016 and Admission
If the candidate is satisfied with an allotment and does not want to be considered for further allotments, candidate must cancel all the remaining higher options. Candidates retaining all or any one of his/her higher options after an allotment are bound to accept the next allotment.Failing to do this will result in losing previous allotment as well as the new allotments.
The candidates who have received allotment and are waiting for allotments to higher options can login into CAP and either delete their higher options completely or partially. Re arrangement of options will be available after the second allotment.
Important Steps to do after Calicut University UGCAP Second Allotment 2016
(1) Pay the mandatory fee (single E-chalan / online payment) within the time for confirmation of the allotment.(1-07-2016 to 5-07-2016.)
(2) Login to the calicut university website and download the admit card.
(3) Report to the college to join the degree programme by the scheduled date mentioned in the admit card.
All the related supporting documents need to to produce at the time of Reporting to the College for degree admission.
Candidates who are satisfied with their current allotment can cancel all their Higher Options. I the candidate did not satisfied with the current allotment can re-arrange their options, but they must have to remit the required fee.
Documents to be produced at the time of Reporting to the College for admission
i. The print out of the application
ii. College copy of the E-chalan/online payment slip for registration fee.
iii. Receipt/Chalan of the fee remitted for acceptance of allotment.
iv. Age proof , Qualifying Certificate and Mark List(s) of the qualifying examination.
v. Transfer Certificate received from the Institution last studied.
vi.Conduct Certificate.
vii. Equivalency /Recognition Certificate ( if applicable).
viii. Any other documents (Income Certificate / Nativity Certificate /Community Certificate) as directed by the admitting authorities.
ix. Candidates who claim bonus/weight age marks shall produce relevant certificates.
