Indian Army Recruitment Rally 2017 will be held at Dr MGR Stadium (Racecourse Road), Madurai in Tamil Nadu on August. The Recruitment Rally will be conducted under the aegis of Headquarter Recruiting Zone, Chennai by Army Recruiting Office, Coimbatore from 19 Aug 2017 to 31 Aug 2017.

Indian Army conducting a recruitment rally by ARO Coimbatore at Dr MGR Stadium, Madurai. The eligible candidates can enroll to the Indian Army from eleven districts of Tamil Nadu i.e. Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Salem, Namakkal, Nilgiris, Dindigul, Madurai, Theni, Erode, Dharmapuri and Krishnagiri through thisamy recruitment rally in Madurai Tamilnadu.

Army Recruitment Rally Madurai Admit Card
The applied candidates can download the recruitment rally admit card after the date of 03 Aug 2017. The candidates should bring this admit card and the application at the time of reporting to the Army Rally.
The admit card will have all the details of Venue of the recruitment rally , date and time of Screening of documents, Physical Fitness Test, Physical Measurement Test etc.

Indian Army Recruitment Rally – Qualifications
Soldier Technical :
Height : 165 cm | Weight : 50 Kg
Chest : 77 cm and 5 cm expansion.
Educational Qualification : 10+2 Intermediate Examination pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject.
Soldier Technical (Amn/ Avn) :
Height : 165 cm | Weight : 50 Kg
Chest : 77 cm and 5 cm expansion.
Educational Qualification : 10+2 Intermediate Examination pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject
OR
Three years Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automobiles/ Computer Science/ Electronic & Instrumentation Engineering) from a recognized Polytechnic / Institute/ ITI.
Soldier Nursing Assistant :
Height : 165 cm | Weight : 50 Kg
Chest : 77 cm and 5 cm expansion.
Educational Qualification : 10+2 Intermediate Examination pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with 40% marks in compulsory subjects and 50% marks in aggregate
OR
B.Sc Degree (Botany/Zoology/Bio Science) and English (simple pass). Stipulation of marks laid down at 10+2 level will not be applicable for B.Sc degree. However, the candidate should have studied all the four specified subjects in Class XII also.
Soldier General Duty :
Height : 166 cm | Weight : 50 Kg
Chest : 77 cm and 5 cm expansion.
Educational Qualification : 10th Pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject OR D grade in indl sub and aggregate C-2 grade or 4.75 pts in Grade system.
Stipulated marks percentage for 10th pass will be waived off for candidates having 10+2 and higher education qualification.
Soldier Tradesman:
Height : 166 cm | Weight : 48 Kg
Chest : 76 cm and 5 cm expansion.
Educational Qualification :
(i) 8th Class Pass. For House Keeper, Mess Keeper & Syce.
(ii) 10th Class Pass. For Chef, Washerman, Dresser, Steward, Tailor, Artisan (Wood Work), Artisan (Metallurgy), Support Staff(ER), Artisan (Construction) and all other
trades 10th simple pass/ITI qualification in respective trades. Only candidates who have undertaken class X Board Exam would be considered.
Soldier Clerk/Store Keeper Technical:
Height : 162 cm | Weight : 50 Kg
Chest : 77 cm and 5 cm expansion.
Educational Qualification :
(i) Should have secured 50% marks in each subject and 60% marks in aggregate in class XII.
(ii) Should have studied English and Math/Accts/ Book Keeping in Class XII or class X and should have secured minimum 50% marks in each of these subjects, whether studied in Class XII or X.
(iii) Even if a candidate is graduate or has a higher qualification, percentage marks scored in Class XII would be applicable towards his eligibility.
Havildar Education (Army Education Corps):
Height : 162 cm | Weight : 50 Kg
Chest : 77 cm and 5 cm expansion.
Educational Qualification : The candidates should have working knowledge of English or Hindi or both and should have graduated/ post graduate degree from a recognized university.
Age Requirements :
The candidates should satisfy the age based on 1 Oct 2017 as under the table:

Army Recruitment CEE 2017
The candidates who are declared as fit in the medical and physical tests in the army recruitment rally site should have to appear for the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) conducted by Army Recruitment Office (ARO) Coimbatore. The location and date of will be informed by ARO.
Document Required for Army Rally
Candidates are advised to bring the following documents in original on the day of rally as per programme. The documents should be laminated, arranged properly in a sequence and contained in a file cover along with one set of Photostat copy of each duly attested by a Gazetted Officer with his name and seal in English. Candidates are advised to check their certificate and Marks Sheet for mismatch of name, Date of Birth, Parents name, School and other particulars in various certificates. All documents/ rubber stamps and seals should be in english.
1. SSC/Class X Mark Sheet
2. Intermediate/ Class XII Mark Sheet
3. Degree Mark Sheet and certificate.
4. Nativity, Community, Caste & Date of Birth Certificate.
Candidates to produce latest automated Nativity, Community and Date of Birth Certificate issued by District Administration of Tamil Nadu in English. (Residence Certificate holders are not allowed to participate in the rally).
5. Study and Conduct Certificate from last education institute in English (Not more than six month old).
6. Character Certificate from Village Sarpanch /Administrative Officer in English. (Not more than six month old).
7. Transfer certificate in original in ENGLISH.
8. NCC/Sports/ITI & Computer ( O++ certificate level if held).
9. In case of Non Matric Candidates, Transfer Certificate signed by Headmaster/ Principal of the school & countersigned by District Education Officer and Mark Sheet of last examination appeared, duly affixed with school seal and attested by Headmaster. Seal and language should be in English.
10. Twelve latest colored 34mm x 45mm passport size photographs not taken earlier than six months with Name and Date of Birth printed on bottom of photographs of the candidates. The photograph should be without facial hair (Beard) and preferably with light colored background and plain/light colored shirt.
