Kerala Onam Celebrations 2016 organized by Kerala Tourism department begins from September 12th , 2016 at Nishagandhi auditorium Thiruvananthapuram. The seven day Onam celebrations will be inaugurated at Nishagandhi auditorium. Nishagandhi auditoriam is the main venue of Onam 2016 celebration at Thiruvananthapuram.
There are about 6,000 artistes would participate in the cultural and art programmes in this Onam festival celebrations. The celebrations will be conducted in 30 venues in Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala. A colourful posession will be held on September 18th in Thiruvananthapuram city. All the traditional cultural art forms will be presented in this posession.
