ISL 2017- Indian Super League, the most accepted professional football league in India, starts its tournament next month. The Hero Indian Super League, initiated with a vision to become a global football power and qualify for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, features 8 franchise teams from across the country. The ISL season 2 runs from 3rd October to 20th December, 2015.
Kochi will host seven home-matches of Kerala Blasters at Javaharlal Nehru Stadium, Kaloor,Kochi. Kerala Blasters will meet North East United FC in their first match scheduled on 6th October 2015.
The current season champion is Atletico De Kolkata, who won 2014 season beating the Kerala Blasters (1-0)
