Age limit
The candidate should have an age limit of 18 – 33 years as on 01.01.2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.

RRB Recruitment – Selection Process
The candidates will be selected based on the rank obtained in a two stage computer based online test (CBT). Computer based text I (CBT) will be a 90 minutes duration test with 100 number of questions.
CBT II is a 120 minutes duration with 150 questions. After CBT, the Candidates must go for a medical examination in the final stage.
Selected candidates will have to undergo training wherever prescribed and only stipend will be paid during the training period.
Selected candidates, who are finally appointed, are liable for active service in Railway Engineers Unit of Territorial Army.
Selected candidates shall execute Security and/or Indemnity Bond wherever necessary at the time of joining in Railway/Post.
