Kerala SET Result 2023 : The Kerala State Eligibility Test (SET) is a examination conducted by the LBS Centre for Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram to determine the eligibility of candidates for getting qualified as assistant professors in various universities and colleges in the state of Kerala. This is a popular examination held twice a week, once in January and once in July. The Examination was successfully conducted this year for the January session and now the candidates are waiting for the release of result.

The result will be released through online mode, no candidate can acess the result through any other means. The Kerala SET Examination consists of two papers, Paper I and Paper I. Paper I is a general paper on teaching and research aptitude, while Paper II is a subject-specific paper. Kerala SET Eligibility Criteria 2023
As discussed in the above section the Kerala State Eligibility Test (KSET) will be conducted every year twice. The Examination is being conducted to recruit candidates to the Assistant Professor posts at various universities and colleges in the state of Kerala. The Examination is open for every candidates who have completed their post-graduation in the relevant subject and have secured at least 55% marks. Candidates who belong to the reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) are eligible for a relaxation of 5% in the minimum marks required.

All the candidates those who have qualified for the examination will be shortlisted at the official website in the form of Merit list, where candidates name and other details will be mentioned. The Merit List will basically contains candidate’s name, roll number, category, and percentage of test-taker marks.

Candidates who qualify in the SET exam are eligible for appointment as assistant professors in various universities and colleges in the state of Kerala. The validity of the SET certificate is for a period of three years from the date of the exam. Candidates who wish to continue in the teaching profession should reappear for the SET exam after the expiry of the certificate.
